Hi Sarah, the squares in that quilt are 5″, but I’ve made it with 6″ squares before and liked that better. The sashings in between the squares and the border were 2.5″ strips, so they ended up being 2″ after sewing. After shrinkage in the wash it was 30″ by 35″ and I used 5″ squares in this one. This is a fast baby quilt, but it is SO cute! THanks for stopping by! -Allison
